Hi Steph,

About forum security: If you allow it, any forum will become the wild west. There are many people who create content spam on blogs and forums to sell a bunch of junk. What I don't get is why someone would come to a site unrelated to their product.

For example: If I want to create a bunch of backlinks to my Yoga site, I just make thoughtful comments about Yoga subjects and leave my website URL in the signature. This is no problem and the creators of any yoga site won't mind. But why would I want to visit a golfing site and leave a bunch of Yoga backlinks?

Some of the spamming is automated bots. They just throw up links anywhere they find an opening. If you ever spot anything, feel free to PM me or Paul.

Om Shanti,
