One of the things that makes an impression on my mind is seeing yoga change people right in our midst. Some of you have visited Paul in the US and seen the seniors and clients he works with. Many have stories of come backs from strokes, cancer, surgeries, heart attacks, neurological problems, and many more problems.

There is a gentleman who had multiple strokes and Parkinson's, but he and his wife regularly come to yoga classes. He has difficulty speaking, but she tells the story of how yoga changed their lives. Some of his classes have 50 or more seniors present, but they enthusatically tell you how yoga made their lives so much better.

Yoga is making miracles happen every day, whether you work with kids, teens, adults, or seniors, you can see the difference. That's why I love teaching yoga.
