I just recently started a yoga teacher training program in Minnesota and am madly in love with it. I am really curious to know what other peoples TT experience was like for them.

I have started a blog to follow my experience and in just the first month of doing the program, have notice significant growth in myself. Please share!

The following users say thank you to yogiinprocess for this useful post:

To notice the inner growth in one's self is a natural experience at a yoga instructor training session. My foundational training was in Pune and I will always cherish the memories. Since then I moved to Ontario and have attended additional training and have also taken yoga teacher training courses online. Maybe I'm just hooked on the sensation of studying yoga to improve my classes.

Creating a blog is similar to creating notes. being able to read your struggles in the past and knowing yourself today will surely make you feel great. Too include that writhing your difficulties let you reflect on things in a detailed manner making you more adept on the possible solutions 🙂 🙂

I had an astounding experience with Aura Wellness Center. It was awesome to escape into a universe of otherworldly and physical investigation. I was hoping to hone with educators who were carrying on with a “genuine yoga way of life” and I found that with this gathering. I met superb individuals from everywhere throughout the world and it was extraordinary to impart our customs and experiences to each other. After finishing this project I felt sure to show others and get up and go in my own yoga way. This is the best teacher training. I cherished their surroundings and the techniques from which they taught us the yoga.

So far, my training has been online and I appreciate the honest feedback that I received from Dr. Paul and Marie. I will be visiting Aura in November and am looking forward to covering specialized training for restorative yoga. It has been nice to experience this online community because of the mutual compassion shown toward each other.
