Yoga and meditation with pets is extremely rewarding. I remember reading an article by Paul where he mentioned meditating with his cats. One cat in particular was very receptive. The practice of Yoga in the company of our pets will become more popular in the future,Yoga has increased in mainstream popularity over the past few years because it is worth doing. It brings worthwhile results, mentally, physically and spiritually. It has now been well established, here in the West, for two decades. It has wide spread availability, and a program that will work for every body type. Pets help reduce high blood pressure,
Also, medical studies have been done that show Yoga also gives direct help to many conditions, relieving high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, asthma, varicose veins and heart conditions. Practice yoga with your pets often. It promotes good health and increases lung capacity and respiration. We, are seeking to balance ourselves, to embrace the Yogic ways of humanity to counteract our stressful lifestyle. We seek mental energy and peace of mind These are staples that are sometimes lacking in our lives. There should be a specialist yoga instructor certification program for working with pets.
