Bless Vimal. He is so precious. Yours is a story of miracles. I believe your work and lots of prayers helped. We will keep praying for you and your new baby. I trust your husband is relaxing a little. Men worry quitely and sometimes it takes a toll on their health, but worry is a silent killer.
Please don't be in a rush to resume post natal yoga after going through an emergency ceasarian section. Go easy on pranayama for now slow and deep is much better than dynamic breathing. Keep practicing meditation. When you practice asanas, please go gently and choose easy postures. Keep praying - I know I will.
About fish oil (salmon omega 3): Many vegetarians don't realize that flax oil is not equal to the potency of salmon oil for omega 3 value. This sometimes bothers many vegetarians, but in an emergency this must be done.
