Just to inform baby Vimal & me are doing good. He is almost 3 mths. I have just started my yoga routine back slowly after 2 mths of rest. I was told and also read, that it takes about 6 mths to completely heal from a Ceasarion procedure. My yoga teacher here adviced me to go slow and no back bends are allowed and no vigorous poses.

The body feels like a rotten piece of wood though but i guess after a long break, getting back into the routine takes a bit of effort. I feel without doing those exercises something is lost. That deep inner feeling of content or peace is a nice feeling usually comes after you enjoy a session.

Once again appreciate the prayers sent.

Kind regards,
