Namaskar Jai,

Thanks for the tips. I am using Mozilla firefox web browser. I will try it with explorer later.

Just came back from my vacation at the beach where I discovered listening to the natural sound of waves has a calming effect. No matter how angry we can get, it subsides those thoughts and feelings within a day for sure.

I also went into the sea water (not the deep end, just after where the waves break) where when u stand the water level will be around ur waist or chest. It was a nice feeling & the baby at first was extremely quiet & on the second day & 3rd day enjoyed kicking.

I also did a little bit of swimming (just frog style & water tracking) & simple breathing technique in the pool and it was very relaxing. I don't at all feel the excess weight haha. The back ache also is eased for awhile.

In between i had to go for my check up whereby the location of my delivery has been advised in the different location (4hrs away from my home) and here i was told for my condition the team for delivery & the team of pediatric genetics group is very important at the point when the baby is born. They have given me an appointment first wk of dec. Meanwhile I was advised to send pictures of my previous babies and their video tapes if any for their study. The doc informed sometimes there some features or movement which might help them detect early of any inborn errors.

If anyone who has experienced something similar, sharing would help I guess.

Rgds,

Shanthi
