Namaskar everyone,

Yipee ! I am in my 30 weeks now. Just visited my docs out of town where i would be delivering. I met the pediatric doc for the first time who gave me the authorisation letters upon delivery, the baby will be admitted under their care. He explained in a situation like these, chances are about 25% only but he has seen cases where everything was normal too. I am probably choosing to ignore the negatives & working on what is there for me to keep my mind in sound condition. All i can thank is, I have been diligently practising my chants on daily basis and the relaxation techniques on cd , and i find that the sound manifestation gives a sense of calmness & inner strength. But I don't deny, my anxiety is there. I got to admit as for my stretch exercises, I do it with my participants in class but not very discipline in this area yet.

At this stage when i do asana's - with the additional weight its a lot more tougher and heavy. As for relaxation and meditation i find it much more at ease to do and equally i find the benefits. Especially in the mornings when i get up i think about aligning the chakras to the sound and if there are specific mantras i concentrate on them to respective areas. Then in the evening (sunset time), i would choose to repeat a particular sound/mantra 108times and finally at night before sleeping playing any of the relaxation cd helps to go into deep sleep.

Well I have got few more days of training to give next week & then I will be hybernating off to the hospital till my delivery. The gynae team told me is best to check in about 34 weeks or so. Its best to deliver later for sure especially after 38 weeks and i hope, i last till then.

Till then. Merry X'mas to those who are celebrating.

I forgot, as to my experience with the Sidha its so difficult to explain. All I can say it was enlightening experience.

Kind regards,

Shanthi
