Namaskar Parell,

This applies to other trimesters too.

Jumping or jump backs are not recommended. This can tighten abdominal muscles and the uterus.

Lying on the belly is not wise for obvious reasons.

Inversions: Only those yoginis who practiced Yoga all along could take these risks.

Abdominal strengthening should be scaled back. This can also squeeze the uterus.

Don't push your heart rate much.

You should skip hard style abdominal breathing techniques like kapalabhati or breath of fire.

Bandhas should be approached with caution.

Use props instead of lying flat on your back.

Twists should be eliminated. This can also squeeze the uterus.

Spend time with a competent prenatal teacher.

Om Shanti,

Priyah
