Yoga has done well regulating itself for 5,000 years without the need of outside interruption. The main reason for concern are the few teachers who push students over the limit. If you are learning Yoga and the room is too hot, be smart, and leave. People can get heat stroke.

Likewise, if your Yoga teacher is a Nazi in disguise, why are you hanging out in a class like that? Maybe you wish your parents spanked you more often. Please get psychiatric help or jump into a boxing ring. At least a boxing gym has no deception. You know you will be thrown to the lions.

The only problem in Yoga is a few teachers and students who are misfits, but they manage to find each other. Example: Spankee finds spanker. We may think its weird, but their happy about it.
