You can have ethics, but attraction is very powerful energy. Since the beginning of recorded history, men have been attracted to women and vice versa. This is the natural order of things. Now, men and women mix together in many activities. This wasn't always the traditional way because men and women often had separate activities.

The question of a teacher having an intimate relationship with a student would be non-existent if both were celibate. But this is the 21st century and tradition is being replaced by open thinking. One point to think about: Consenting adults is a private matter between those two people. I might not entirely agree with this, but that's the way it is.
