Point taken, but I'm surprised by your post. There is a ring of truth in all of your statements, but I did not expect it from you. Like all organizations, the bigger you get the more chance you have of hurting someone. In this case, they have created a negative relationship with most yoga teachers.
I don't understand the reason for changing rules so often. I don't think the founders of Yoga Alliance intended the exact direction they are going in. And I don't feel there is a conspiracy or organized agenda against yoga instructors.
That said, certification is enough to teach yoga classes. There are a few elitist studios who require all instructors to be RYTs, but that isn't a guarantee of competence for all of the reasons you mentioned above.
However, we could use another kinder, friendly, and yogic registry organization, which produces helpful literature for yoga teachers.
