Hari Om,
There is much amusement in refering to any organization as all powererful. As an example of this when someone says Yoga Alliance, we might assume it is the US based organization, but there are many alliances. Here is a short list - Yoga Alliance International, Yoga Alliance Asia-PAcific, Yoga Alliance India, Yoga Alliance Europe, Yoga Alliance Africa, Yoga Alliance, or the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
I'm sure there are more alliances. In the UK there are two registry organizations, but someday you can expect to see a UK alliance. In Australia there are two more registries, but no Australian alliance yet. The best organizations are supportive and send teacher information freely, but you can't expect the registries to run for free.
Just like any club, you can expect to pay a membership fee. We charge for our classes because we need to pay for overhead costs. Our fuel bills are not free!
Bless you all,
