Yoga should meet the current needs of the student and not the other way around. A Yoga student is not living in a wheel chair or a hospital bed by choice.
Also, the mental challenges of teaching a Yoga student, who requires modifications and has special needs is too much for some Yoga teachers to handle. Not to pick, but it would be easy for me run a class without props and only accept healthy students.
Would I be meeting the needs of my students or would I just be meeting my own needs?
