There are many variations of this. We are all familair with arm swings and gring the beans but there are many more. Standing circular warm ups are often whole body exercises. They should be done slowly and we should be cautious of our knees and backs during the movements. Very few of the restorative sessions I have attended spent much time on standing warrior variations. They might start with a standing warm up, triangle, half moon and in a short time we moved down to the ground.
