Namaskar,About Restorative Poses in Daily Practice: Restorative yoga usually starts with time to feel grounded and time to become aware of your breath. Often there is mantra, japa, chanting, singing bowls or bells to bring you into the moment. Some gentle pranayama exercises from seated postures (asanas) are a good start. Gentle standing and warm-up exercises may also be part of the opening of class. Restorative yoga concentrated on doing a few comfortable poses for longer periods of time. It is likely that you'll have props (including strap, blankets, bolster, block, eye pillows, and yoga mat).
