Namaskar!

300 hours is a good "start" for restorative yoga training. Continuing education is the key to becomeing a better yoga teacher. One course from any system isn't the end all or complete answer to all of the therapeutic applications of the hatha yoga. One might say these courses offer foundational training at the 200 to 350 hour levels. A new teacher has to continue training; no matter who they are.
