What is the difference between these two?

They are close and it's like splitting hairs to define the difference, but here is a big one: Yoga therapy is usually taught to one student or a group that has the same ailment. Restorative Yoga usually follows a lesson plan to make the general public feel better.

they are often used interchangeably, but often restorative yoga is incorporated to other yoga types. It has also been used to many researches as an adjunct to medical management
