Namaskar Everyone,

Teaching yoga after 50 is a blessing. By constantly practicing we are in the best condition possible. The body has its limits but we do well by taking care of it. If you are letting age hold you back - don't. Its an easy excuse to say I'm too old, but Yoga ds make you look and feel younger.

About the extra YA credentials: Some organizations have lost touch with us common folks. Now that Mommy and Daddy lost 50% of their savings on stock and maybe their home it might be more difficult to send the goth kid or emo punk off to an ashram for 3 weeks to be an instant yoga teacher. Sorry kids you gotta find work! Oh well, back to basics and earning your stripes, like it was before. There are still plenty of yoga jobs, but you have to be sharp to find them. There will be less short cuts in the new economy.

Shanti,

Tomako
