Hi everyone,
The reality is these yoga classes exist. Yoga students soon learn the difference and the sane ones move on. Some people love to be abused, so there is a nich market for S&D Yoga. " title="Laughing" /> You can't blame people who stay, its just a warped idea of what yoga is. look at the way Bikram acts and he has people lining up to be slapped down. there is a market for abusive teachers as long as there are fools who love it. as Paul would say -there is a yoga for everybody.
