Namaskar Everyone,
There are many good points on this thread and there are many options for Yoga teachers to continue their educations. Personal finance is a "touchy" subject, but it is a factor in making your decision about which method to use.
There are a number of great ideas for free or low cost Yoga teacher workshops. As mentioned Borders and the local library have introductory workshops for Yoga. You might also want to find out about workshops in local Yoga studios, universities, and health clubs in your area.
You might be surprised about Yoga course offerings in your area. As mentioned, for non-contact Yoga teacher training, there are so many options to choose from. If you have obligations, we specialize in home study certification courses for Yoga instructors.
Om Shanti,
Paul
