I too am very sorry to hear this news about your sister.
You have already received some very solid advice from Don and Mark, but the guilt you feel is similar to "survivor guilt."
It is too early for that and doctors cannot always factor the effects of spiritual healing or positive energy.
If your sister has a positive attitude, give her 100% support.

My guess is her doctor will give her permission to practice Yoga. Whatever Yoga lesson plan you structure should be gentle and without pushing into pain.
She will also gain many benefits from meditation and Pranayama. Swami Ram Dev Ji often comments about the value of Pranayama for ailments.
