I have a sister that has been battling with stomach cancer and recently given 2 years to live by her physician. She is incredibly strong and says she hasn't come this far to just give up. However, I can't help but feel awkward and sometimes even guilty for reaping the many rewards of a regular yoga practice as she continues to fight for her life.

Are there postures or a practice that I could share with her, upon her willingness and doctor's approval of course? I appreciate any thoughts or comments. Namaste.
