Namaskar,

Class is a blast from the past. Times are changing my friend. If you are a Brahmin or your family comes from the Brahmin caste; you can't put yoga in a safe and lock it away from the rest of humanity. Gurus taught the westerners because they hoped to see this global yogic culture of today. There are many who are hung up on yoga as exercise, but as they age they'll see the long term benefits. Long term yoga practice creates a balanced personality that isn't eager to jump into conflicts.

This comes back to Class. Where did you study and do you really believe this fundamentalist dogma you're spouting off?

Shanti
