Dear Lady,

Ishwara Pranidana is required part of Yoga. If you are a Christian, you should stop practicing Yoga now. Yoga was for Hindus only until it was stolen by British Christians. Yoga contains spiritual beliefs, morality and disciplines that are spiritual in nature. If you are an athiest, Yoga is bad for you.

Yoga and religion both contain beliefs, morality and disciplines that are spiritual in nature. These higher aspects of Yoga's teachings may corrupt athiest or Christian philosophy. A Christian may begin to believe in reincarnation. An athiest may begin to believe in God. Stop now and let Hindus practice Yog in peace.

Falzone: Real Yoga reqires spiritual practices. Leave your Guru before it's too late. You are learning phony Yoga.
