Namaskar!

Many people love yoga for the many benefits of practice. A regular yoga practitioner will begin to see stress levels reduce in life. Given an earnest effort, stress can either be avoided or its effect will no longer debilitate the yogi. Stress is a largely Western concept to begin with---our consumptive, corrosive and competitive lifestyle is taxing on the body and the mind. Humans are emotional beings not robots churning out production with no feeling or fatigue.

Life is ours to enjoy, no matter if you believe in one or a seemingly endless cycle of lives until nirvana. These false markers of success we have delineated in the West are unattainable and unhealthy. Stress, itself, will kill us if we fail to change the lifestyle we lead and learn to quiet the mind. Yoga is a good tool for stress reduction.

With a stress-free mind, we can achieve much more. In yogic meditation we listen to the mind, develop and exercise it. The brain is a muscle and benefits from daily concentrated use. Just as a physicist realizes higher brain potential through studying physics, yogis can have a certain mental agility via mind calming activities. Both mood and capacity for alertness and willingness to tackle problems revive. The mind is charged and the body energized.

Following directly from a stress-free and agile mind comes a strong mind, a mind that holds up against the currents that battle us from all sides. At times every human borders on the insane. Life throws many barriers and obstacles our way. Through yoga we are fortified against these mental ills.

A yogi is not as susceptible to anxieties as others may be. A relaxed mind is a mind ready to deal with life issues. From that place, the mind can be balanced, logical and supported in decision-making. A calm, clear mind is a healthy mind. A serene mind operates from a place of ease. It is shown in the poise and character of one who practices yoga. The long-range goal of yoga is not just momentary relaxation, but the living of a relaxed life.

Namaskar Everyone,

People practice yoga for a reason. Is it wrong to attend a yoga teacher training intensive? The most common reason is the rewards of practice. If you practice any kind of yoga there is a reward. The practice of bhakti will give a practitioner spiritual growth benefits. The practice of hatha and ashtanga will yield physical benefits and more. If there was no reason to practice why would anyone do it? It is nonsense to think there is something wrong about the benefits of yoga practice. Is it wrong to want to become a yoga teacher?

Om Shanti,

Have you ever given any thought to yogis being considered self serving in seeking benefits. Some people consider yogis conceited and elitist. Accusations vary - like being standoffish toward newcomers. Creating inner circles. Is snobbery part of yoga all the way to the source? Is this seeking of benefits part of being with the elite crowd?

Hi There Amy,

I'm not sure where you are going with this, but most students practice yoga for the benefits. All yoga teachers mention the benefits as they know them. These little positive reinforcements maintain student interest. How many students would practice yoga without there being some sort of reward? I think the most obvious goal is physical mastery for teachers and students alike. We know this practice is rewarding for the mind, but the physical reward is why many people love yoga.

Do you want to get healthy? Are you looking for simple ways to stay trim and fit? Looking for a way to relieve some of the stress in your life?

Why not give yoga a try? It isn't strenuous so if you have trouble doing the more "physical" exercises to stay in shape, yoga would be perfect for you. It is very relaxing and simple to do, with good concentration and technique. Yoga can help you feel relaxed, energized and more focused throughout your day. If you have never participated in yoga techniques or yoga practices then you will need to start with yoga basics. There is a wealth of videos both online and in stores that will teach you yoga techniques and yoga practices. You can also call your local gym or fitness center and sign up for basic yoga classes. With the basic classes you will need to make sure that you practice each and every day. This will help you master the basic yoga techniques and yoga practices, making it easier for you to move to the advanced classes.

One of the most important yoga techniques is breathing. It is the core of yoga practices and yoga techniques. If you don't get your breathing just right, it will not have quite the same affect. Ask all questions that you need and practice every day to master the breathing technique. There are many benefits to yoga practices:

1. Promotes flexibility

2. Strengthens muscles

3. Heightens your energy levels

4. Improves mental condition

5. Relives stress

Another essential tool for yoga techniques and yoga practices is a yoga mat. There are many out there to choose from, depending on how much you can afford to spend. If you have problems with your joints or your knees, they recommend using a Pilate's mat; as these have a lot more padding than a traditional yoga mat. There is a great amount of freedom when you're involved in yoga practices. You can take short breaks at work and do your poses and breathing. You can do it anytime, in any room at home when you feel you need to relax.

Yoga practices are great for the mind and body. If you have a lot of concentration and dedication in learning the way to breathe correctly and to do the poses the correct way, then yoga practices will benefit your overall health and well being. Take the basic classes to master all the yoga techniques or purchase beginner videos if you prefer to learn in the privacy of your own home. Make sure that you master all the techniques and poses before you move onto advanced techniques. You and your body should be extremely comfortable with the poses before you try anything past the beginner's level. Try it; see if you don't feel more energized and relaxed throughout the day.

Greetings Dear Ones,

To find the maximum benefits in your yoga practice, one has to combine the methods of asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Asana literally means "posture or pose." It is a particular posture of the body, which is both steady and comfortable. There are more than a hundred poses with as many variations that can be divided into two categories: active and passive.

Active yoga poses tone specific muscle and nerve groups, benefit organs and endocrine glands, and activate brain cells. The passive yoga poses are used primarily in meditation, relaxation, and pranayama practices. The complete set of yoga asanas covers the entire human anatomy from the top of the head to the tips of the toes.

Yoga begins by working with the body on a structural level, helping to align the vertebrae, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles and connective tissue. At the same time, internal organs are massaged, toned and rejuvenated; the integumentary, digestive, lymphatic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems are purified of toxins and waste matter; the nervous and endocrine systems are balanced and toned; and brain cells are nourished and stimulated. The end result is increased mental clarity, emotional stability, and a greater sense of overall well-being.

Regular practice helps to correct postural irregularities, and to maintain the entire body in the best possible condition. Almost all asanas directly or indirectly affect the spinal cord and nervous system, and the digestive system. The nervous system is responsible for a healthy brain and the continuous activities of the body; the digestive system is responsible for the proper digestion of food to maintain a healthy body.

If both systems are perfectly healthy, it greatly supports and encourages the performance of the remaining bodily systems. Through yoga practice, problems such as stress, tension, tiredness, worries and headaches disappear and one can enjoy complete relaxation and full joy in life.

Blessings,

Regular daily posturing practice encourages the spine to become supple, the joints to move freely and the muscles to lengthen and loosen. The joints are able to bend and turn easier as more space is created for manoeuvrability. Making the mind/body connection is perhaps the most rewarding benefit of yoga practice. While improving health and overall condition of the body, muscle tone improves, vital organ function is optimized, the nervous system relaxes and so too does the mind. With a relaxed mind you are brought into rhythm with universal connections feeling your intuitive abilities and lucidity of consciousness on a much deeper level. Regular practice rewards: improved muscle tone, poise, grace, balance, flexibility, psycho-physical clarity (meditation) and core strength engagement.

Namaskar,

For personal development, no method is better than a Yoga teacher training course. Even if you don't want to teach Yoga classes, there is so much useful information you can take with you after taking a Yoga certification course.

As every Yoga teacher knows, yoga can be practised by anyone, at any age and at any fitness level, it is literally available to everyone. It has proven to be beneficial to every ailment, disease and injury known to mankind. A person crippled by arthritis or someone who is obese can begin his or her yoga practise while sitting in a chair. With modifications, anyone with limitations can practise yoga. This is exciting news!

The integration of body, mind and spirit has the power to heal, calm, cure and stabilize that which is almost beyond comprehension. In relation to health and healing, there is no known comparison to yoga.

The asanas develop physical flexibility and muscle tone; assist the internal organs by gently massaging; flush toxins through the lymph system and aid the immune system.
Pranayama, which is conscious breathing, has resulted in tremendous health benefits. The yoga practitioner learns the importance of this method of three-part breathing.

In most cases, people only use the upper third part of their lungs and take shallow, short breaths. In three-part breathing, the entire lung is engaged as the breath goes deep into the abdomen, stimulating and working that muscle. The mid-lung expands the rib cage with an accordion like movement, and the upper lungs are filled and expanded, gently massaging and aiding the heart.

This type of deep breathing is done through the nose and is where the Prana (energy) is collected and sent to the brain and throughout the entire body. To get the idea of how this type of breathing should look, just watch a newborn baby when they are sleeping.

There is no denying that hatha yoga practice is of great benefit to all if we practise it in the correct way. For people who are taking painstaking effort to keep fit, the meditative aspect of yoga is of vital importance. Many people who are practicing yoga constantly find that concentrating on a specific thing can help them clear their mind and get decompressed, as a result, they get relaxed and refreshed while performing the exercises.

Yoga consists of various exercises in multiple forms, therefore, you can choose specific exercise to keep you off certain pains including back pain from back-packing or leg pain from jogging. Yoga can help condition you for skiing and help you whip off anxiety or disappointment. Some people might wonder whether there is necessity to have a mantra if they have no trouble clearing their mind. As a matter of fact, there is no need to perform a mantra. However, constant daily yoga practice can help you experience the process and feel all the good that it is doing. It is beneficial to you physically and mentally.

You can first begin with Hatha yoga, which is quite prevalent in the west and is beginning to gain a firm recognition all over the globe. Targeted to strengthen your body by easing tense muscles, enhancing joint and ligament agility and toning up internal organs, Hatha yoga can help you keep a good shape and purify the mind. Practicing Hatha yoga you would learn to postures such as asanas, breathing techniques such as pranayam and meditation.

Namaskar Fellow Yoga Teachers and Gurus,

A healthy nervous system enables you to meet every event of life with calm and resilience. Yoga asanas stretch and purify the nerve fibres which bundle together to form the large nerves. By clearing toxins from the tissues, the asanas benefit neurotransmissions at the fine nerve endings, and at synapses between nerves. Yoga has been shown to stabilize the response of the nervous system to stress, removing the constant muscular tension produced by the repeated alerts from the central nervous system, and calming the involuntary symptoms of threat - racing heart, sweating, anxiety - roused by the sympathetic nervous system

Yoga allows new life-giving nutrients and energy to circulate into the cells. Holding the asanas by breathing in deeply sends more oxygen to the cells, and removes carbon dioxide. The asanas also massage the vital organs, and stimulate the digestive muscles to increase their functions.

Yoga is therapeutic. It helps us to become more aware of our body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It improves muscle tone and flexibility. By practicing yoga, the internal organs are massaged. It also helps to relieve tension and helps us to relax even in the midst of a stress stricken environment. Yoga stills the mind and creates a self-reflective mental space. This is one of the foremost reasons why people want to practice yoga, to feel fitter, be more energetic, be happier and peaceful.

The Yoga principle on healthy diet and the practice of the asanas will help balance the endocrine system, tone the abdominal organs, stimulate both the nervous circulatory system and reduce stress.

Yoga helps one to gain a better understanding of ones self, leading to acceptance and appreciation. The practice of Yoga deals with all the aspects of an individual: the mind, body and spirit, giving a person control over his mind and body and making the effect is more permanent than other techniques.

Yoga enhances spiritual beauty from within. This I see in Paulji's writings and his Yoga teacher training materials. One can only wonder why organizations try to regulate a spiritual practice. In the former USSR, Yoga and religion was banned, but you cannot stop a spiritual practice. No matter who tries, you cannot regulate thinking, philosophy or spiritual belief.

How Yoga Increases Your Energy
By Suzanne Andrews

Many people turn to the magic of yoga for energy and find themselves refreshed and ready to tackle whatever life throws at them. Yoga works by tapping into the Chi, or the inner life force that gives us strength and balance. This inner force tells our body to relax the muscles and retreat into a calm and serene place. By practicing the ancient art of yoga, you will find your energy levels increase and you will enjoy a healthier outlook and a stronger body.

Energy yoga focuses on the art of reviving tired muscles and bringing them back to their energized state. This form of yoga can be practiced for a few short minutes a day, giving you just the jolt that you need to feel refreshed and revitalized. You will notice your breathing is slowed, and you can feel the life force flowing through your body. Yoga is an excellent solution for those suffering from depression, headaches and sluggishness. By energizing your body, you are also energizing your mind. Boost your memory, increase your brainpower and work more efficiently with the healing power of energy yoga.

Regular patrons of the yoga arts find themselves enjoying emotional well-being, increased flexibility and heightened stamina. Yoga is a unique form of exercise that can be practiced by people of all ages, body sizes and fitness levels. In some cases, yoga can help those with decreased mobility. By stretching the body and opening up the body's natural center of energy, yoga is an essential part of a well-rounded exercise and fitness program.

Maybe you believe yoga is not for you. Maybe you believe it is difficult or time-consuming. Think again. All populations can benefit from the incredible healing powers of yoga. There are even yoga classes for babies and children. Practicing yoga doesn't have to be time-consuming either. In just a few minutes a day, you can start on the road to an energetic lifestyle. Most people who start a yoga program begin to see results immediately.

There are many poses to help you to gain more energy. The penguin pose, for example, opens up the lungs and allows for easier breathing. It also stimulates the adrenal glands which helps control blood pressure and allow your body to deal with stress. No coffee needed here. Just a few minutes and you're on your way to feeling the power of yoga. Tap into your inner force with energy-increasing yoga.

Change Your Life With Yoga
By James A Ranka

People have practiced Yoga for many years. Lately, it has risen in popularity for several reasons. Yoga:

Is a great way to stay healthy and slim
Puts one in touch with their innermost thoughts
Provides balance in an ever-changing, complex, crazy world

Maharishi Mahesh Yogimade made yoga popular in the 1960's. Because he also popularized self-hypnosis, he became associated with the Beatles.

Recently, yoga followers also brought the tradition to America as an antidote to disease, stiffness and arthritis. Yoga practice began over 5,000 years ago. Scientists believe yoga became increasingly popular in Stone Age Shamanism, an ancient land we now call Afghanistan.

Early Yoga and archaic shamanism both sought to destroy the painful complaints brought on by every day living. Shamanism's main goal was one of healing humans living in their communities. Pain and suffering was a way of life for these ancients and yoga seemed to overcome some of this misery. As time went by, Yoga evolved into a more 'looking-inward' experience, focusing on individual enlightenment.

Today, Yoga classes can be found most anywhere - and small wonder! Yoga brings inner peace, relieves headache pain, backaches, and stress. One finds classes in gyms, fitness centers, and local churches. Joining a group for achieving Yoga's benefits is not entirely necessary. Many of my friends practice this ancient instruction in their homes and while sitting in their desks at work.

Studies show Yoga's health benefits, and today, this ancient Eastern education is becoming a popular alternative for the workout enthusiast. Even well-known athletes are using Yoga to improve stretched-out, muscles in their efforts to get injury-free throughout their careers.

Are you bothered with a lot of stress, uptight, sleeplessness and listlessness? Maybe Yoga is for you. Some of the positions are potentially dangerous, so take it slowly at first. Your body will 'speak' in a way felt through extremely sore muscles or pain, and it will 'tell' you when to increase the movements.

Enjoying Yoga and Its Benefits to Your Body
By Fara Martin

Perhaps you have thought about finally joining a yoga class. But if you are like many people who have apprehensions about trying yoga, it would be best to read through a few pointers before joining one.

Yoga may look easy to do, but in reality it takes a lot of discipline to master. But the benefits of yoga affects body, mind and spirit which makes it a popular discipline for those seeking more ways to fight stress, keep themselves feel centered and at the same time gain more strength.

It is good to assess your ability level when it comes to yoga. If you have not experienced a yoga class in the past, an easy training might the one you need. Training facilities that offer beginner classes and advanced classes are best choices. More than likely they can offer you the right class to get started with.

On reason why most exercise routines fail is because people cannot adhere to the program. Sometimes they begin at a hard level and eventually get bored. Start at a level that is comfortable for you and work your way up along the way.

Signing for a class that would have you driving an hour or two to attend may not be a good idea. You will eventually find it taxing to make the long drive and eventually drop out of class. It is better if you can sign up for the ones offered close to you place that you can join at your convenience. You are more likely going to continue attending it.

Gyms may more likely offer yoga classes. If there is one in close proximity where you live, check it out. You might be required to pay a membership fee, but if it is near your place, you are more likely going to attend it often.

Maybe you are not comfortable exercising with other people or you just don't have the time to go out. But if you want to really try yoga, you can still do in your home. There are online classes which you can sign up for and learn yoga from. You may also choose to follow a DVD of yoga exercise which you can go through at your own pace and time.

Favorable results are what will keep you adhering to yoga routines. Soon your body will show good results. A trim and flexible body is attainable with yoga.

How 30 Minutes Of Yoga Each Day Can Have A Positive Impact On Your Life
By Clare Swindlehurst

Yoga is one of the world's most ancient forms of exercise and it carries a certain air of mysticism about it. You might be put off by some of the shapes and poses and think that yoga is far too complex for you to master. But yoga doesn't have to be that difficult and even the basic postures and poses can have immense benefits.

In this article I'll talk about just four of the benefits that yoga has to offer. We'll look at why yoga is a great form of exercise, how it can improve your concentration, how it can help you fight certain illnesses and finally how it can make you feel enlightened.

1. Yoga is a great form of exercise

You probably think of exercise as running or aerobics; something that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. Yoga does that too. You might not believe it but the combination of breathing techniques with moving between postures can burn fat while increasing muscle tone, strength, stamina and flexibility.

If you follow the guidance correctly yoga is a safe exercise for people of all shapes, sizes and ages and can even be beneficial during pregnancy.

2. Yoga can help you fight illnesses

Yoga postures can help you improve your circulation. In order for your organs to function properly they need to be exercised and yoga can help you do this. By stimulating your immune system you can give your body the defenses it needs to fight illness and keep you fit and healthy.

Yoga has also been proven to help you control illnesses such as arthritis, blood pressure, back pain, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and many more.

3. Yoga can help you to relax

In our busy lives we often rush from one activity to another and forget to take time for ourselves. A yoga session can help to create a sense of calm and well being and this in turn will make you feel more relaxed and less stressed. You'll have time to yourself to focus on you and to forget your responsibilities.

One side effect of yoga is enhanced creativity and improved concentration. If you think that you are too busy to set aside half an hour for a yoga session then you should give it a try. You'll be even more productive afterwards and will achieve more in less time.

4. Yoga can lead to enlightenment

Many people believe that yoga helps them feel enlightened and that it affects them at a spiritual level. It affects people in different ways but you should see benefits whether they are physical, spiritual or emotional.

Regular yoga practice will offer you so many benefits, from making you feel fitter and healthier, to building up your immune system and from improving your concentration to improving your emotional and mental state. Take action today by enrolling in a yoga class or buying a yoga DVD; set aside just 30 minutes each day to focus on you and reap the positive benefits tomorrow.

If you're wondering which Yoga DVD you should buy to get started then head over to https://www.meltbellyfattoday.com/yoga-m ... a-pilates/ where we reveal the most popular Yoga DVD as voted for by the people.

The Benefits of Yoga

One of the fastest and most noticeable benefits of yoga is increased flexibility. The physical benefits of yoga are much more than just stretching, which creates elongation of muscles, tendons, and ligaments. When a muscle is not stretched, it creates a lot of tension which leads to tightness and eventually chronic pain in the neck, shoulders, hips and low back. By practicing yoga, you are continually lengthening and releasing the tension of those specific areas that become stiff over time, mainly caused by over exertion or lack of activity.

Spinal extension is a very important part in yoga, which creates an overall improved posture. Postures such as Mountain Pose, Staff Pose, and Flat Back/Spinal Extension are three postures that focus strictly on improving one's posture. It is important to always keep length within all forward bends, always lengthening from the base of the spine which creates low back strength and a lengthened straight spine. It is something that is carried into your day-to-day life, even as you sit at your desk or while driving your car, yoga will improve one's posture, resulting in a postural awareness.

Yoga is a physical activity, and with any physical movement, a person increases musculature tone/strength. As you practice yoga, you are working against gravity and use your own body weight, so that you firm/tone specific muscles. As you progress, you will begin to strengthen not only major muscle groups, but the smaller groups located deep within the shoulders, back, hips and ankles which gives a person joint structural stability for day to day balance and safety.

By practicing yoga, flexibility, posture and muscular strength/tone are increased. These benefits can then be carried off of the yoga mat and into the world, improving quality of life and health.

For some people, Yoga is an exercise for the people who have flexible muscles. And if you are stiff, no hope for you to learn yoga poses, especially when you are old and your muscles have been completely inflexible. Is that true?

Yes, it's true that Yoga has hundreds poses to practice with. But you don't have to learn all yoga poses to practice yoga. Before learning yoga poses, you have to know that yoga is not only about flexibility or stretching techniques, it's more than that. You can benefit from its strength, focus, balance, and endurance. Moreover, it also benefits your whole body and mind.

But the most important question is can anybody learn Yoga? how to learn yoga for beginner? I mean a complete beginner and a stiff one! yeah! I can't even touch my toes without my hamstrings screaming out and my lower backs on fire with pain!

First, you have to practice beginner yoga poses. Try the simple poses at first, like cobra pose, downward facing dog pose, chair pose, cow face pose, and any simply backbends. Relax! You don't have to force yourself too much, you don't compete with anyone else or even yourself. Listen to your body as you move and concentrate. and don't forget to breathe properly. Once you find yourself practice these beginner yoga poses easily, you can move to advance poses.

Second, you need to eat a proper diet with balanced nutrition. Maybe you ask, what is the relation between nutrition and yoga?

Well, junk food fries your nerves and make you tense, stiff and tight every time! it's true! while eating healthy foods and nutritional supplements works the other way. Some nutrients like MSM, chlorella, vitamin C, Barley grass, trace mineral, etc are very good to boost energy, optimize flexibility, and play a vital role in regeneration of tissues.

Yoga and You - The Numerous Benefits of Yoga

By Ntathu Allen

In this day of fast paced living and multi-tasking, yoga offers you a real value for money approach to improving your physical and emotional well-being. There are many benefits to be gained from this ancient practice.

From my experience of teaching yoga, students have many reasons for starting. These include, yoga for back pain, stress relief, for nurturing and self-care and to improve flexibility and core strength.

In its purest form, yoga consists of a mixture of 5 main practices - asanas, breathing practices, meditation techniques, relaxation and nutrition. Each of these techniques have a positive impact on your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.

As a beginner you may feel overwhelmed and not sure of the wider benefits of the different yogic practices. So, please take a back seat and allow me to gently introduce you to some of the benefits of yoga, breathing exercises and meditation.

Three Main Yoga Techniques and Their Benefits

1. Yoga Postures:

Known as asanas, yoga poses offer you many benefits.

1. Yoga poses work on the energy centres (chakras). As you stretch and hold a pose you release internal blockages and energy flows freely through your body. This means you have more energy and vitality to cope with the demands made on you.

2. Yoga poses help to detoxify your body and can help to speed up the removal of toxins and bacteria in the body. Twisting poses, such as the Triangle Pose with Spinal Twist or Half Spinal Twist give a deep and gentle massage to the internal organs of your body and help to energise the gastrointestinal system.

3. Yoga poses help to improve flexibility, tones and strengthens muscles. For example, the Bow Pose helps to tone and strengthen your back muscles and maintains the elasticity of the spine. The Fish Pose relieves stiffness in the neck and shoulders and helps to strengthen the arm muscles. On an emotional level, the Fish Pose opens and expands your rib cage which energetically helps to release sadness and sorrow in your heart centre, which leaves you feeling calmer and more expansive.

2. Pranayama

Yogic breathing exercises, known as pranayama help to revitalise and energise you.

1.On a basic level, breathing allows you to draw in oxygen into your body and eliminate toxins and bacteria that impede your body's ability to work correctly.

2. The slower and deeper you breathe, the more you allow oxygen to enter and flow through your body. This expands your lung capacity, stimulates and opens up your heart, which instantly makes you feel refreshed, revitalised and energerised.

3. Yoga breathing exercises also help calm your nervous system and increase oxygen levels and blood supply to the internal organs, all of which leads to a deeper sense of calm, inner peace and balance. Learning how to breathe correctly is a wonderful skill you can use anytime during the day when you feel worried, confused and anxious and wish to calm down and refocus.

3. Meditation Techniques

Meditation techniques help you to think more clearly, quickly and creatively which has a positive effect on your ability to focus and concentrate at work. When you meditate your body undergoes certain physiological effects which counteract the negative effects of stress and worry.

1.Brain activity slows down because of an increase in alpha brain waves activity.

2.Heartbeat and breathing rate slow down and blood lactate levels drop.

3.Meditation promotes positive and loving thoughts. A bonus during times of conflict and trouble.

4.Meditation techniques deepen your experience of relaxation and rest. If you have trouble falling asleep a few minutes of meditation at bedtime works wonders to promote deep sleep.

Summary

As you can see, yoga, meditation and breathing exercises helps to de-stress, energise and calm you. As a beginner, regular personal practice is the best way to truly experience and embrace the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits inherent in yoga.

Namaste and enjoy your practice.
