Kind Regards: Tatvamasi
Namaskar!
Your pranayam practice has paved the way for you to perform Anulom Vilom. With what you have mentioned about your health and age it is wise to begin in slow moderation. Sometimes Anulom Vilom is taught as a dynamic pranayam. Avoid forceful or dynamic - instead breathe slow and intentional.
Instead of rounds, I suggest a period of time such as two or three minutes daily. When or if you feel tired, take a break, and breathe normally. Resume Anulom Vilom when you feel rested. In two weeks to one month work up to five minutes only. Later work up to practicing during the morning and evening. Don't go beyond ten minutes in a day.
