Sorry to hear that some of the postures are causing you to have headaches. Not a very relaxing end to a session of yoga. My only advice would be to not do the postures that cause this. I get really bad neck pain in plow pose and I even find Shoulderstand uncomfortable. I simply choose not to do these postures at times and I instruct my students the same way. If you can modify with props, do so - if not, just avoid the posture and substitute one that works for you with the same benefits. I wish you the best.
