one of my students at her private classes was complaining from the same thing and there was no blood pressure, she was sick with many things but i adviced her to check her blood and try to include iron at her diet and it was the problem and she is doing fine now, my mother also had the same problem but she found it really usefull to relax and breath deeply before and after these poses and its solved and both of them are doing the poses safly.. hope it helps
