This may not be the case, but hot or bikram yoga can cause headaches. If you practice hot yoga, you should know that hot yoga classes can cause electrolyte depletion which ds cause headaches. In this case a headache could be a result of:
1. Mineral depletion due to excessive water intake
2. Result of dehydration from lack of water
If you practice hot yoga, you may be getting heat stroke. Some students vomit in the parking lot after a hot yoga class because of heat stroke. If you love hot yoga, bring two bottles to class. One with water and another with an electrolyte mix. You should be fine and you might want to mix some vitamin C in your electrolyte cocktail.
Rest if you have to and don't push in extreme heat.
