I am Karen Grove, a certified yoga instructor, taught by the best, Paul Jerard. I have had fibromyalgia 12 years, walked with a cane, and last year decided to develop my own program of modified yoga for people with fibromyalgia. It is called FIBROGA, I designed two exercise therapy programs and decided to start my own business called The Grove Approach: Healthier Living With Fibromyalgia. As we know, this is a whole body disease so I include FIBROGA, diet and nutrition, fibro massage therapy, fibro chiropractry and "Looking Good , Feeling Good" in my program.
