It's nothing serious. My brother completely fell on my leg yesterday (By the way, he weighs about 130lbs; he's fifteen years old). I was limping yesterday and this morning but I can walk fine now. I iced it last night because it was swollen so much and hurt badly. It's still swollen, not yet bruising. It's directly above my knee. I attempted yoga a few minutes ago but it hurt. One part of my yoga routine is to sit with your calves and feet under you. I couldn't do that.

Another part is downward dog. Where you have your hands flat on the ground, take a step back and straighten your legs. I couldn't do that. I can't stretch my the top of my thigh at all or it hurts. So, I stopped there and decided to ask on here. Would it be better to do yoga to get the muscle working or, because it's injured, wait a couple days to let it heal? I've been doing yoga everyday, so I thought it might throw me off, but I don't know. What should I do?
