Thank you for your opinion however it has little to do with the anti-aging benefits of yoga, and a lot to do with promoting yourself as the true light of yoga. Please supply us with some Yogic anti-aging knowledge and we can stay focused on the purpose of this thread.

You have lost your focus on what yoga is all about. Yoga is for unity - not to divide people into separate groups who dislike each other. Every fundamentalist claims to see the true path. Adolph Hitler would also tell you about his true path. One who knows the true and only path tends to spread venom that will shorten life. Do you speak for Patanjali?

You claim:

Although you claim to see the true light, you struggle with happiness. True happiness will come to you from inner peace and acceptance of the moment. Please accept that there are many anti-aging benefits from happiness. If you feel sad try to associate with happy people and maybe you'll see the true light.
