Thank you for posting so much useful research on this subject. My experience is that Yoga and Ayurveda are helpful in recovery. Obviously, when one has a cancer diagnosis we must take care of business. If it means that we must bring in the big guns of western medicine, then we must.

Yoga and Ayurveda are also good prevention methods. Vegetarianism and walking should also be on the list of prevention methods. I was not always a vegetarian, but let's consider this - most people who eat meat are eating sick animals who live in crowded and filthy conditions. Please visit a slaughter house and tell me if you still want to eat meat.

Any way thank you for posting this thread, because this will lead to more reliable information about prevention and recovery.
