Namaste Mr Yogananda,
Thank again for your response. I believe we did not refute each others view point but stressed different elements there in. I agree with your point that yogic principles have strong preventive and wellness promoting components. I know death is inevitable but I believed that you minimize to large extent, the odds of falling to certain illnesses that yoga helps keep at bay. Certainly, hereditary and genetic predisposition stands firm regardless of the lifestyle choices. But again one may delay the onset of those or severity of those if healthy lifestyle choices are adopted as through yogic lifestyle choices.
