Namaste Gatorji,
Thank you for your response, attention, and fedback on the blog. You echo similar thoughts as Priyahji. Vulnerability increases with age, genetic predisposition to certain ailments compounds the vulnerability along with certain lifestyle induced factors. Yoga fits well in the equation with helping to eliminate the risk factors. Aging and genetic make are inevitable.
