A-Fib, is usually a result of a physical defect in the heart. Too much iron can cause it. It is probably the most common of defects related to the heart. For diet - your yoga student should talk to a cardiologist and that office will make recommendations. Blood will have to be tested regularly for thickness. Leafy greens can be eaten in moderation, but your student should talk to a doctor first.
