It could be said that iron, poultry and eggs are suspects for the causes of AF, but more studies need to be made before pointing fingers. You want to be careful here because studies can vary and one or two don't give us enough conclusive information.
Yoga asanas, pranayma and walking should be excellent choices for students with AF, but my gut feeling tells me to modify or skip some of the deep inversions. Would love to hear opinions on that note.
About diet for students taking anticoagulants such as warfarin: Less greens dsn't mean no greens. Kale, spinach, and collards would be high in vitamin K. So you should back off those. It seems these diets also ban alot of the anti-oxidants too.
