Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (bridge pose) is said to be beneficial for those with with artery blockages. To be on the safe side, the angle from knees to neck shoul be about 45 degrees. As an extra precaution, a blanket under the neck and shoulders would reduce the angle slightly. The spine should be straight. Do Not arch the back or increase the angle to more than 45 degrees.
