As we teach Yoga classes to seniors. Look around carefully at the ages of the participants. In comparison: Many children who are shaped like blocks <img decoding=" title="Embarassed" /> will never live to see life as a senior. The kids are so out of shape because of poor dieting and prescription drugs that we may out live them. It is a joy to teach seniors about yoga, but the future for most kids will be full of health problems, unless the western governments wake up and bring Yoga into the classrooms.
