An additional point for discussion might be how different types of Yoga may be best suited for particular teaching locations (ex. Yoga studio vs. Health club ) and particular types of students (ex. younger students, seniors, mixed ability level classes, etc.). Moreover, is there merit in trying to mix or combine elements of different Yoga styles rather than confining your teaching to a single tradition? How might this be useful for a particular location or audience?
