Namaskar Presley,

Our level 1 Yoga instructor certification diploma course is basically a Hatha Yoga over view. Although, there is some coverage of the main Yoga styles of India.

At our on-site Yoga teacher training, we cover a "variety pack." The "main course" is Restorative Yoga, but we also cover Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, Yoga as Therapy, and teaching Yoga to kids.

We also cover the nine main Indian Yoga styles in fair detail. The graduating group I had in 2007 was very interesting in Bhakti and Mantra. This was rewarding for them, as well as for me.

In regard to the styles and Yoga subjects of our correspondence courses for teachers, and the public, please visit:

We can customize anything and we will be releasing a Vinyasa Yoga teacher course in 2008.

Om Shanti,
