I guess it would be nice to settle on a type of yoga. For the most part I teach Hatha Yoga, but I do add Ashtanga and even Pilates moves if it suits the practice. I see other instructors use T'ai Chi with the yoga practice they lead. I have a workshop coming up called Yoga meets BootCamp.

As long as you are teaching a balanced class, a little bit of mixing can't hurt.
