Every Yoga center should have a specialized class for laughter therapy. This is good for recovery from any illness and for complete stress reduction. The power to laugh at any problem gives us a feeling of empowerment. Laughing will create a positive attitude.
People are less likely to surrender to helplessness, when they are able to laugh at their problems. Laughter creates the opportunity let go of harmful feelings, that create negative biochemical changes in the body.
Laughing will reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure, increase muscle flexion, and boost immunity by raising your T-cell levels. Laughter raises endorphin levels and produces positive feelings.
