I take yoga courses offered by the Indian Embassy in my country. An experienced yoga teacher is contracted from an Indian ashram. I am amazed to see how flexible aging bodies of people in their sixties become after a few months of daily yoga asanas compared to youngsters 1/3 their age who grew up with joystick and cellphone and chatting all day, barely doing any stretching of the body and the mind. Our classes are mixed: all age groups follow either morning or evening classes.
