Yoga Nidra is a fantastic technique. Yoga-nidra is method for creating complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Yoga-nidra can be practiced in sitting position for 10 to 30 minutes. Remain awake and aware during the practice. During this practice you can create a Sankalpa (resolution). Mentally recite your Sankalpa. One example is: "My baby and I are filled with happiness."
I am a yoga instructor and want to share my yoga knowledge here in this platform. If you want to learn yoga, then i must prefer you to join Yoga Teacher Training in India where you will learn deep aspects of yoga.
