We realize you are a yogi, but "This is a good thread with a lot of information." It sounds like your going to sell me a fake rolex or worse.

You have a very nice web site, but could you please contribute something related to teaching Yoga to seniors. Do you teach pranayama to seniors? Help us out instead of pasting your canned response with a back link.
