Hi Hamed,

Stop drinking so many coffees before you post. You're beginning to sound like me. <img decoding=" title="Laughing" /> And I agree with Jay, this is a great thread with a lot of information. So here goes. From what I've seen, most seniors have high blood pressure. It is wise to mention HBP and heart condition modifications when they apply to the asanas you teach. The reason is many seniors don't hear what you said the first time. I can say this because I am a senior. My wife thinks I don't listen, but the truth be known: My hearing isn't what it used to be.
