Glad you jumped in. This thread is hopping now. Yoga and a chair - what an interesting concept. To play devil's advocate: What a crock! No offense Gator! :P At first I thought it was a yoga marketing gimmick, but then I saw real chair yoga classes. People need them. Absolutely! And way too many folks of every age are pathetically out of shape. Some of it's preventable neglect. But some of it has to do with auto accidents or genetic problems like MS and Parkinsons. This chair yoga stuff is the real deal for rehab and it makes folks feel good after and during class.
