Seniors are doing fine without your need to worry. No senior center or assisted living community worth its weight would hire a Yoga teacher without specialized training. A certified chair yoga teacher is what is required for these classes. There are exceptions though - I visited a nursing home with no yoga classes because they couldn't afford to pay a certified teacher. But they had an exercise class that was taught by a certified nurse's assistant. She was very safe and it beats them sitting still all day, which is really bad for their backs.
